Really kind/patient staff. They helped me work out some compatibility issues with my build, and after like 2 weeks of personal delays I was available to pick up. I love the Nerds! Whenever I stumble into a computer abyss, I just call on the trusty Nerds, and problem solved! My husband and I have been Nerdophiles for over 20 years…going back to when the company began in Redding, Ca., and we lived in nearby Cottonwood. Now we are in Tennessee, but through their online service, we still call on them to fix things when our computers turn on us! The Nerds Rock!!
